You will be wearing a compression garment for approximately two to six weeks.

Post-operatively, we’ll combine your garment with a post-operative nutritional regimen to decrease your salt intake, increase your protein, and decrease your carbohydrates to optimize your healing and decrease the amount of extra fluid your body will accumulate. Ultimately, these factors will combine to give you the best possible result.

Once the fat has been removed with liposuction it won’t come back. As long as your body weight stays the same, the fat will never return to the area it has been removed from. While we do leave some fat cells in the areas that we perform liposuction on, that is a necessity so that you have a smooth, even contour of your skin.
